16th July, 2014

Today we spent the morning around the campsite, cleaning the car, playing ping pong, saving photos and videos to a hard drive and swimming.

After lunch we drove down to Mandorah and spent a couple of hours fishing of this large jetty which runs out into Darwin Harbour. Trent caught a small Cod and a Remora, I lucked out.

We also visited a WW2 plane crash site. A B24J-Liberator, named Milady crashed here on the 17th of January, 1945 whilst returning from a practice bombing over Quail Island and the Pilot and his 5 crew all died, they were Americans stationed here during the war effort.

Clare had a little friend join her after dinner and he just wouldn't leave.
