30th July, 2014

Up nice and early this morning so we could drive up to Jarnem Campground and do an 8 kilometre circuit/loop walk. We arrived at about 8:15 and completed the great walk in around 2 hours. We walked in an anti clockwise direction which led through open woodland, into forest and then up to a sensational lookout. The rock in the National Park looked just like pictures we have seen of the Bungle Bungles.

Once we headed down from the lookout we walked down to some rock shelters with aboriginal rock art in them before heading through heavily treed forest and back to the car park.

After getting back to our camp site we packed up and drove across the border in WA giving up our left over fruit and veggies on the way.

We then headed into the Lake Argyle Caravan Park where we have set up camp for the next few days, at least, it's very relaxing.
